SEPTA Modified Transit Schedules in Response to Coronavirus

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) announced on April 1 that Route 102 light rail service serving Sharon Hill would be temporarily suspended, while Route 101 serving Media will be replaced by bus shuttles, beginning April 1, 2020. Overnight service on the Market-Frankford Elevated and Broad Street Subway was suspended starting on March 30. All remaining bus and light rail service has been operating on a Saturday schedule since March 22. Commuter rail has been operating on a reduced “Essential Sevice Schedule” in response to public health concerns over coronavirus and resulting plummeting ridership over the last three weeks.
