Cincinnati Bell Connector exceeds expectations

During its first week of revenue operation, the new Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar line exceeded the predicted 3,000 riders a day with a daily average of 3,185. More than 29,000 rode during the city’s Oktoberfest weekend September 16 through 18. Making its public debut on September 9, the 3.6-mile streetcar line is owned by the city and managed by Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority.
